Cost Per Module:

$ 135,000  Pesos + VAT per group of up to 12 participants

$ 166,000 Pesos + VATper group of 13 to 20 participants

It is not recommended that groups be larger than 20 participants since this significantly reduces the learning and educational value of the training program.

IERC reserves the right to cancel the program at a full refund, up to two weeks prior to the starting date.


 


Strategic Management - From Theory to Practice

This program is composed of eight modules, each one 16 hours in length for a total training program of 128 hours.  Each module will be taught in four 4-hour sessions.  Ideally, participants will cover one module per month.  Thus, the duration of the entire certificate course (diplomado) will be of 8 months.

IERC will provide the facilitators and the materials for this program and will provide a certificate of completion to all participants who have successfully finalized each module.

The program can be delivered either in English or in Spanish.

All modules are delivered in a highly interactive and dynamic manner and are based on a combination of lectures, exercises and practical applications of all topics covered.  Additionally, all modules will conclude with a discussion, comment and review segment.

Costs Cover the Following:

  • All payments to facilitators
  • All payments toward the lodging and travel expenses of the facilitators
  • All materials used by facilitators and participants throughout the training
  • All materials used for exercises to be completed by participants during training sessions
  • A certificate of completion at the end of each module for each participant who has successfully finalized the module
  • Certificate of completion of the Certificate Course (diplomado) for all participants who have taken all eight modules and successfully completed these
  • The possibility of receiving partial Master’s credits toward a Master’s in International Business Administration (MIBA) degree (2 to 3 classes worth of credit) should a participant who has completed all eight modules successfully decide to enroll in the MIBA program offered by an on-line educational affiliate of IERC
